What services do you offer?

At Kidz Campus, we provide a range of services to support children and families, including after-school childcare, madrassah classes, homework support, holiday club activities and transport.

Our childcare sessions include fun, interactive activities designed to keep children engaged in a safe and welcoming environment. We also offer homework support, giving children access to our club resources and support from qualified teachers.

Our madrassah classes cover Qaida, Quran, Islamic studies and other areas of Islamic learning in an engaging, age-appropriate way.

During school holidays, we run extended sessions with a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, workshops, competitions, sports days, local trips and educational visits.

What age groups do you accept?

Answer

Our services are designed for children aged 5 to 15. Activities and learning are planned to be suitable for each child’s age, ability and stage of development.

Question 3

What are your opening times?

Answer

Kidz Campus operates throughout the year and offers different services at different times.

Childcare: Monday to Friday, 3.00pm to 7.30pm, and Saturday, 10.00am to 4.00pm

Religious Education / Madrassah: Monday to Friday, 4.30pm to 6.30pm

School Holidays: Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 7.00pm

Question 4

Who will be looking after and teaching my child?

Answer

Your child will be supported by experienced, professional staff who have been carefully selected for their skills and experience.

All staff members have experience of working with children and undertake appropriate training. Staff also complete DBS and reference checks before working with children at Kidz Campus.

There is always a minimum of two adults on duty. While the legal adult-to-child ratio is 1:30, we aim to work to a ratio of 1:20 wherever possible.

Question 5

How do you support my child’s progress?

Answer

When your child joins Kidz Campus, we will identify their needs based on the service they are attending. Where appropriate, an initial assessment may be completed to highlight strengths and any areas for development.

Children are supported through planned activities, regular monitoring and guidance from our staff team. We also work closely with parents and, where helpful, schools, Maqtabs and Madrasahs to support each child’s development.

Parents are welcome to speak to a member of staff at collection time or arrange a meeting with the manager if they would like to discuss their child’s progress in more detail.

Are you Ofsted registered?

Answer

Yes. Kidz Campus is regulated and inspected by Ofsted to provide services for children aged 5 to 15.

Question 7

Do you offer transport, meals and snacks?

Answer

Yes. We offer a transport service for parents who are unable to bring their child to the centre. This can include collection from school and drop-off at Kidz Campus, with return transport available at the end of the session.

Our transport vehicles are fully insured and drivers have up-to-date DBS checks.

Children attending the centre are also provided with healthy meals and snacks, served fresh on a daily basis.

Question 8

How do I enrol my child?

Answer

We welcome parents and children to visit Kidz Campus, meet our team and see the services we offer.

To enrol your child, you will need to complete a registration form so we can understand which services you are interested in. The manager will then confirm your child’s start date and provide further details about the activities and support available.
